Joyce joined the renowned Surf Club Four Seasons in Surfside in 2016, where she excelled in selling luxury residences, achieving record-breaking sales figures and setting new benchmarks for price per square foot in this Richard Meier-designed gem. Her exceptional performance led to her selection to spearhead the sales at Eighty Seven Park, a premier luxury development designed by the acclaimed architect Renzo Piano.

Specializing in luxury waterfront properties, Joyce’s focus spans Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor, and Miami Beach. Her accolades include being recognized by Real Trends + Tom Ferry as one of America’s Best Real Estate Agents in 2021, 2022, and 2024, ranking in the top 1.5% nationwide. Additionally, she has been honored by Douglas Elliman as one of the top agents nationwide, placing in the top 4% in 2022, the top 12% in 2023, and the top 3% in 2024, as well as being the #2 agent in rental GCI companywide in 2023 and again in 2024.

Before her real estate career, Joyce made her mark in retail as both a buyer and an owner. In the early 90s, she launched two successful boutiques in Aventura Mall, revolutionizing independent retailing of prestigious clothing labels. Recognized by WWD as part of “Retail’s New Guard” in 1999, Joyce then transitioned to commercial real estate leasing, securing a deal for 35,000 square feet to a national tenant and representing high-profile clients in premier locations such as The Design District, Brickell City Center, and Lincoln Road.

Joyce’s return to Miami in 2012 followed a successful stint in Manhattan, where she honed her skills in home design and accessorizing, collaborating with some of New York’s most sought-after designers. Her expertise in space, decor, and style, combined with her business acumen, seamlessly translated into residential real estate, earning her accolades for her renovations in Sagaponack, New York City, and Surfside, Florida.

Today, Joyce’s prestigious client portfolio includes influential figures from New York and Miami’s financial, business, and creative sectors. Her commitment to exceptional service and unparalleled business insight has fostered fierce client loyalty.

Outside of work, Joyce enjoys biking, golfing, cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family, friends, two sons, and French Bulldog.
